How do I schedule my Paintless Dent Repair once I become a member? 

Your confirmation email has a link to easily schedule your repair, via for mobile repair or at one of our many service locations. 

What does our technician availability typically look like to make an appointment? 

Typical technician availability for repair is typically the same week. We are also available to assist by phone if there isn't a preferred time shown. 

How long does a typical appointment take? 

All dings and dents are different, but you can expect your repair to take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. 

Can I cancel or move my appointment after it has been made? 

Yes, all cancellations must be made within 48hrs or may be subject to a service fee. 

Can I use my unlimited membership on other vehicles I own?

No, but we do offer additional discounts to add a vehicle. 

I bought a new car, does my membership carry over?

Yes.

Are mobile services free with my Unlimited Paintless Dent Repair Membership? 

Your first mobile service is free, and all at service location appointments are always free. Any additional mobile service, after the first, is an additional $50 service charge and is always paid directly to the technician. 

Can I cancel my Unlimited Paintless Dent Repair Membership? 

Yes. Although we hate to see our customers go. 

If I cancel my Unlimited Paintless Dent Repair Membership, is my car still covered? 

Your car is covered for as long as you are a member.
